• HAVE any of your readers, like me, suffered from Camden Council’s incomplete fire-risk works after the Grenfell fire disaster?

I am a leaseholder, with Camden as the freeholder. Over the past four years the council’s builders have failed to install a fire door in my flat as promised.

On two separate occasions, four years ago, they delivered wrongly-sized fire doors which they then had to take away. Since then, complete silence on the issue.

The council are now demanding to be paid. Doesn’t the council think fire doors are important for fire prevention?
