• IF a private landlord clad a property in sub-standard materials and was found to have unsafe windows in place then Camden would waste little time in bringing repair orders against them, pursuing this through the courts and, in the process, ruining reputations.

While the private landlord is understandably selling up, as the council uses its heavy-handed approach, the sheer lack of accountability by the council goes unchecked. The Chalcots should fight this rogue landlord.
