• BOARDING the train at Hampstead Heath, on Tuesday February 1, my wife fell and her leg slipped between platform and the carriage.

Thanks to the two women who helped by reassuring and helping her hobble to a platform seat. No bones broken but a great shock. The compassion and practical care was priceless.
