• ONCE again I am indebted to Camden Council’s locksmith experts for assisting this elderly stricken victim to speedily replace a broken front door lock.

Our local police were speedy and efficient when I needed help after a fall. The front door had to be forced but it was not long before a pleasant Spanish gentleman arrived to replace the lock. He was an expert at his craft and in no time my home was secure again.

In times when council employees often get unfairly criticised I would like to publicly pay tribute to his speed, efficiency and pleasant manner.
