Tenants like myself are paying for a service not supplied

• I HAVE lived in Rowley Way estate for years and the situation with the heating and hot water on the estate has just gotten worse and worse as time has gone by.

We used to be able to get a refund if either the hot water or heating broke down but Camden have now changed their rules and only refund if both the heating and hot water go down together, which hardly ever happens.

As a result tenants like myself are paying for services not supplied, especially galling as Camden increased the charges for heating and hot water by 125 per cent in April this year.

The problems are caused by increasing amounts of black sludge in the system that Camden will not flush out. Is Cllr Meric Apak aware of this?
