• BRAG is a voluntary group that has been supporting the South Camden community since 2016 regarding planning, construction, environment, heritage and road management issues.

Our main grievance is not Camden’s aspiration for a cleaner, greener, less polluted, neighbourhood (which we support) but how decisions are made, who makes them, how many of our elected councillors are involved and who is consulted.

Our latest initiative focuses on the May 5 elections. We are encouraging residents to vote, as however disillusioned people may be with local politics, apathy is not the route to positive change. We need councillors who care.

To vote wisely requires information and to that end we compiled a questionnaire aimed at prospective candidates from all parties in the three southern wards.

The questions were distilled from replies to a survey we sent to BRAG subscribers and our current mailing list.
