SWIM star Olivia Willis (pictured) put in a dazzling display at the ASA South Zonal Long-Course Championships at the weekend in an Olympic-sized 50m pool in Somerset.
Competing in the South Zone of the competition, the 14-year-old secured two National Age Group qualifying times and will now be competing in the 200m backstroke and 200m individual medley at the national finals in July.
Olivia, who trains at Camden Swiss Cottage Swimming Club, finished fourth in the final of the girls’ 14 and under 200m individual medley in a lifetime best.
She gained another best time in the 200m backstroke on her way to securing a creditable seventh place finish.
Club-mate Leo Jaggs won gold in the final of the 17 and over 100m freestyle and bronze in the 200m freestyle.
Rosie Hughes was also on the podium with double bronze in the 15 and over 50m and 100m backstroke.
