Swimming: Camden Swiss Cottage stars shine at the National Junior League in Essex

SWIMMERS from Camden Swiss Cottage put in a strong showing in the final round of the National Junior League on Sunday at the Blackshots Pool in Essex.
Competing in Division One of the M11 section, youngsters (pictured) were awarded points as they competed over three rounds in their selected strokes.
Among the top scorers was Alexander Borisov, 10, who competed in the 50m butterfly and the 50m breaststroke, winning all six of his races.
Clementine Butler Brown, 9, won her first two rounds in the 25m backstroke and finished second in her final sprint.
Club-mate Ruby Coyle, 9, also did well as she finished first, second and third respectively as she progressed through her three rounds in the 25m freestyle.
Ruby also competed in the 25m butterfly, were she finished second twice and third. Other top performers included Indigo Matthews, Brennan Megregian, Floria Gasparotto, Dempster Fawden and Terry McVoy, who all helped Camden clinch a creditable fourth place finish with 164 points overall against tough competition from the region.
