Swimming: 12 years old Indigo Mathews triumphant at Bath Grand Prix Open Meet

Speedster Indigo Mathews (pictured) distinguished herself as the most successful competitor representing Camden Swiss Cottage Swimming Club at the Bath Grand Prix Open Meet
The triumphant 12-year-old won gold in her 200m butterfly event with a personal best time of 2 minutes 49.60 seconds.
She added bronze in 200m individual medley and the 400m freestyle, the latter in another personal best.
Indigo also finished fourth in the 200m freestyle and the 400m individual medley.
Leo Jaggs, 17, had to settle for silver in four events, finishing second in the boys’ 15 and over 100m, 200m and 400m freestyle and the 50m butterfly.
He also took bronze in the 50m freestyle.
Rosie Hughes, 16, was also in good form, achieving silver in the 50m backstroke, the 50m freestyle and the 100m backstroke.
She also collected bronze in the 100m freestyle.
The medal continued to with Jessica Hobbs, 17, winning silver in the 100m freestyle and bronze in the 100m butterfly.
Olivia Willis, Kelly Hookway and Tamsin McKinnon also returned home with silver medals, while Sophie Rittenhouse won bronze in the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke.
Tamir Gonen-Cohen, 14, showed talent and tenacity with her double bronze in the 50m and 100m butterfly, and Sarah Taylor-Reid, 16, grabbed bronze in the 200m breaststroke.
One of Camden’s most promising young swimmers, Dempster Fawden, competed in 10 events, achieving best times in five races and winning a well-deserved bronze medal in 50m backstroke.
Olivia Willis, Kelly Hookway and Tamsin McKinnon also returned home with silver medals, while Sophie Rittenhouse won bronze in the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke.
Overall Camden finished third out of 51 clubs.
