• FRIENDS of 100 Avenue Road and Swiss Cottage, you are invited to attend the 100 Avenue Road planning committee meeting re: application no 2016/6699/P to discharge condition 31 to approve the foundation plans – which are still incomplete!

London Underground Ltd have given their final response, effectively making out the foundation plans don’t need to be complete. Camden are recommending the application.

We are now working with SD Structures chartered engineer to give a clear and effective deputation at the meeting with the intention that the councillors will do the right thing and refuse this application.

If that happens we will have stayed execution for yet another year. And then who knows how long it will take for Essential Living to complete their plans, if they ever intend to do so.

Please lend you support to our deputation by being there. A good crowd will help the proceedings. Bring your neighbours, friends and family: June 15 at 7pm at The Council Chamber, Town Hall, Judd Street, WC1.
