• FOLLOWING your report about helping Afghan refugees in Camden, I went online to try to find donation hubs.

I was thinking more about donating items, possibly even second-hand items, that I would normally give to charity shops, rather than money, which I have little of.

However any organisation listed only seemed to have a Facebook page, not its own website. And there was no information about how anyone can help, apart from making a financial donation.

If this is typical of how charities or other organisations are trying to resource and provide help, it’s no wonder the refugees are not getting enough support.
