Hat-trick hero Tom Allnutt, who scored his second treble of the season

CROUCH End Rangers surged to the top of Division One of the Camden Sunday League with an emphatic 13-2 victory over Enate at Hackney Marshes.
Sharpshooters Tom Allnutt and Declan Taylor both scored hat-tricks as Rangers ran riot in their final game of the year.
Simon Collings, Ramon Chaves and Jon Taylor also all found the back of the net as the unbeaten high-flyers made it six wins and two draws from eight league games.
Wally Downes arrived at King’s Cross on the Eurostar from Paris at 9.30am and made it to Hackney Marshes just in time for kick off.
The Enate defenders might have been wishing that he missed his train, however, as the striker banged in a brace, including a contender for goal-of-the-season as he steered a curling 20-yard effort over the keeper with the outside of his right boot.
Enate managed a pair of consolation strikes in the second half, but they didn’t help themselves by also scoring two own goals. The win leaves Rangers a point clear at the top of the table with a game in hand over their title rivals.
