GOAL-GETTERS from St Patrick’s Primary School won nine games out of nine in the Camden Schools Sports Association Netball Championships.
Boys and girls from the Kentish Town primary saw off competition from nine other schools to lift the cup at the Sobell Centre in Holloway.
As a reward, they will now represent Camden in the London Youth Games.
Delighted coach Darren Farrimond said: “In the history of the indoor tournament I have never seen a team win all nine matches and concede only one goal. Let’s hope that now they are officially representing Camden they can go on to be London champions.
“Claire Lim’s performance as both centre and goal-shooter was exceptional.”
Meanwhile the CSSA Plate competition was narrowly won by Gospel Oak School after they beat Primrose Hill on goal difference.
