I DID the being a great dad thing this weekend, giving my son my Wembley ticket for his 21st birthday.

He’s Spurs primarily because I am and I’ve traumatised the young man!

We didn’t deserve to win the game but it would have been a lot more interesting at 1-1.

All of the Chelsea team reeled away in celebration knowing Juan Mata’s attempt didn’t cross the line.

Is it cheating?

Of course it is.

Would I do it?

Of course I would.

The game is set up to be abused, so, it’s abused!

Golf is possibly the only professional sport that depends on the players’ integrity.

Don’t listen to the person that says replays will ruin the game, it’ll enhance it and if players know they could be banned retrospectively, the con men would stop.

The non-goal did change the game but by how much is debatable.

The problem for me is what Chelsea has come to stand for.

I remember names like Osgood, Hutchinson and Webb; real hard men but fair men, who played for the love of the game.

In John Terry you’ve a captain who’s been proved to be low in moral fibre.

His disregard for fans, family and friends seems to have filtered through to some of his followers.

What planet are they from that they couldn’t stay quiet for a minute in respect of the Hillsborough disaster?

Real fans should have nothing to do with you, whether they’re sat next to you each game or not.
