SPURS have this afternoon (Friday) confirmed the signing of Nacer Chadli from FC Twente after the player agreed personal terms and successfully completed his medical.
The 23 year old – who has 14 international caps for Belgium – is believed to have cost Spurs around £7million.
The winger, who could make his debut against Monaco on 3 August, joined FC Twente from AGOVV Apeldoorn in 2010 and scored 31 goals in 106 games for the Eredivise team.
Chadli joins the growing Belgian contingent at Spurs, who already have Belgium internationals Jan Vertonghen – who has been ruled out for three to four weeks with injury – and Moussa Dembele in their ranks.
The Belgian becomes Spurs' second signing of the summer, after a £17 million deal for Paulinho was agreed with Corinthians.
