Sprinter Simeon Williamson has been handed another chance to fulfil his Olympic dream after being included in Team GB’s athletics squad
The Highgate Harrier, who made the last Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, was selected this week to run in the 4x100m relay in London’s summer showpiece.
Simeon will team-up with Islington’s Dwain Chambers, who recently won the men’s 100m final in a time of 10.25 seconds at the Aviva 2012 Trials at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium.
Simeon finished fourth in the final in 10.33, having set a season’s best of 10.29 in the semi finals.
