Socialism in one family?

Sir Keir Starmer
• I AM naturally cheered by our MP Sir Keir’s great fathering skills in making available an alternative study space for his son to save him from an intrusive media scrum in the run-up to his GCSEs this summer.
If he could just extend this laudable empathy to other young people, too many of whom are living in overcrowded housing which shared rooms, damp, mould etc, render unfit for any school pupil’s study space.
Or more generally to three-child families where chronic poverty due to the Tory two-child benefit cap badly damages young pupils’ exam prospects.
International socialism might be considered a bit over-ambitious. But socialism in one family is surely not ambitious enough.
