Tricity Bendix ‘sadly expired noisily last week’

• TRICITY Bendix came to me with a good reference in 1997.

She has been a wonderful laundry maid working tirelessly for 25 years keeping the family clean and beautifully dressed.

We shall miss her.

She laundered daily without complaint until the last few years when she struggled to keep abreast of the programmes and simply did whichever one she felt she could manage that day.

Eventually it all became too much and she was only able to do a 15-minute pre-wash.

Sadly she expired noisily last week. The family wish to thank her for all those years of devoted service which today you simply cannot get because of planned obsolescence.

The recycling team will now claim her.

The family wish to thank those who have sent their kind condolences with bouquets of washing powder and clothes softener.
