A SHOP in Swiss Cottage was broken into this morning.

Police say the door of Vision Express, on Harben Parade, was damaged and an unknown value of property was stolen in a “smash and grab burglary”.

They are probing CCTV and forensics. No one was injured and the store was closed at the time.

A member of the public reported it in just after 9am but police believe it occurred much earlier.

Anyone who witnessed it or has useful information is asked to call police on 101 referencing CAD 1920/30MAY19.
