MOUSA Dembele has vowed that Spurs will bounce back from Sunday’s devastating defeat away at Manchester United – adding that the players have not yet written off a last-gasp push for a place in the top four.

The midfielder made it clear that the team are ready to put the shock defeat behind them.

“We want to end the season in a good rhythm,” he said. “Has our chance of a top-four finish gone? We don’t need to think like that otherwise we could become demotivated.

“Let’s try to win all our remaining games and see where we end up. We have three full days before the Leicester game to concentrate and refocus. We have a good group and a good mentality so I hope we bounce back.”

Meanwhile, Spurs are turning their eyes eastwards on Saturday as they wear a special home kit with the logo of a charity that supports grassroots football schemes in China.

The club’s sponsors AIA run a development programme for disadvantaged young people in rural China with the support of Spurs, and to mark the collaboration two youngsters from the Guangdong province will lead the teams out for the Premier League tie versus Leicester.

The special edition match shirts, as modelled by Harry Kane, Hugo Lloris and Nabil Bentaleb, will be auctioned after the game to raise the profile of the charity’s work.
