THE faces of the players might change but the success stays the same for the Talacre Colts.

The triumphant club has won the Primary Schools Five-A-Side Football League for the seventh year in a row despite needing to form a new side every two years when players move on to secondary schools.

Organised by the Talacre Playcentre in Kentish Town, the Colts also won the League Cup after beating Kentish Town on penalties.

Ralfie Street gave Town the lead, but Miles Jones equalised to force a one-penalty shootout, where Adam Blyth showed great composure to hand the Colts the double.

Organiser Lloyd Heath said: “The league kicks off again in October and we’re always looking for new teams to join the action.”

Any primary school sides interested should call Lloyd on 020 7267 9755 for details.
