THE start of 2026 has packed a real punch for St Pancras ABC after two of the club’s emerging young boxers impressed between the ropes on Friday night.
Paul Rattigan made it two wins out of two so far in the amateur ranks with a 4-1 victory over Aryan Bhosle at Harris Invictus Academy in Croydon.
Praising the 13-year-old’s efforts over the three one-and-a-half minute rounds, Saints’ head coach CJ Hussein said: “Paul boxed really well against a taller kid. He picked his punches brilliantly.

Keith Donoghue enjoyed his third skills bout on Friday
“He looked really sharp and is getting better all the time.”
Under the guidance of coach Chudi Onwuazor, the Saints enjoyed two solid performances south of the river. Keith Donoghue, 10, also caught the eye as he took part in a skills bout – a non-competitive contest focused on helping a young boxer learn the tools of the trade under referee supervision.
“Keith boxed well behind his jab and looked really comfortable in the ring,” added CJ.
“This was our first outing of the year and both boys helped the club get off to the perfect start.”
