A SCHOOL organised a trip to Euro Disney so that pupils could learn about design and technology.

Camden School for Girls in Sandal Road, Camden Town, sent Year Nine and 10 students to the resort in Paris to “learn how design and creativity are fundamental in contributing to the success of this major attraction”.

The school said in its weekly bulletin to parents that it would like to “thank the girls for their enthusiasm and engagement”.

Pupils travelled during the half-term holidays and “used key engineering, mathematical and blue sky thinking skills” during seminars and workshops, teachers explained.

The school added: “All this, as well as enjoying Disney park tickets that enabled the girls to ride the thrilling attractions in the Walt Disney Studios and Disneyland Park, meant the girls had a fantastic time.”
