• WHY are Sainsbury’s (at the O2, Finchley Road) alienating all their customers?

There are no service tills open at all now, despite the pleas of older pensioners and others with heavily-loaded trolleys.

There are plenty of young staff desperately yo-yo-ing between the self-checkout machines going wrong, yet unable to open a service till due to “lack of staff”.

The long-serving regular staff seem to have been dispensed with.

What a sorry mess!
