HIGHGATE’S Ryan McKinley, who this month won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Scottish Championships, was out running at Bedford over the weekend.

The middle distance runner clocked a time of 9:22.45 to finish second in the CAU Inter-Counties 3,000m steeplechase, finishing behind Shaftesbury Barnets’ Glenn Watts.
