GYMNASTS in Camden are really on a roll.

Luke Apata, Leikaydon Fisher, Ben Vlasto and Shaq Grant have all been selected to represent London in the national finals after breezing through their regional gymnastics qualifiers.

Despite missing out on the chance to represent the capital team Issa Francois also performed really well.

The future looks bright for Camden Gymnastics Club in Kentish Town with Louis Williamson, Jake Gee and Shlomo Levy all proving they can perform under pressure as they took part in their first regional competition.

Coach Ivan Pastore, who trains the boys’ team (pictured) with Steve Russo, said: “We’re proud of all the gymnasts’ hard work, but the job’s not over. We’ve all got to stay focused and strive to make London proud at the national finals.”
