Rebels win Keeper Rex keeps his cool for double

IT took penalties and goalkeeper Rex Boulter to separate the sides when Regent’s Park Rebels took on TT Sapo Verde on Friday in the final of the Under-11s Camden and Islington Midweek Youth League Challenge Cup.
It looked like the Rebels were going to record a comfortable victory at Market Road when they raced into a 3-1 lead, but two goals in the final five minutes saw Sapo battle back to force penalties.
While nervous parents where chomping away on their nails behind the goal, shot-stopper Rex kept his cool to save the day and guide the Rebels to cup glory. The victory capped a memorable and magnificent season for the club, who were also crowned Under-11s league champions.
