• NOT only is Russia’s president Vladimir Putin a systematic liar and a deliberate war criminal, he is also a climate criminal.

Look how much damage he is doing to the climate by his destruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure and of both sides’ armaments, most of which will have to be cleared and replaced, creating vast amounts of carbon emissions.

This all in the name of one man’s vain ambition. Putin is the product of, and a relic of, Soviet communism so this is also a damning indictment of that system which was meant to improve the human lot not tip it closer to oblivion.
