Bin that needs to be thrown away in NW3

• FINALLY Camden Council have uprooted the bin that people were filling up to the brim with everything apart from litter.

Instead of taking the bin away, as they were supposed to, it has been moved over by a wall, turned upside down and people are still filling it with stuff such as glass bottles, bags of dog poop, recycling stuff etc, and now people have started dumping bags next to it!

Camden please remove this bin, it cannot be that difficult.
