A PLAQUE honouring historian Christopher Wade will be erected at his home in Hampstead.

Christopher, who was a respected figure in the area and wrote extensively on NW3’s past, died in 2015 aged 95. The Heath and Hampstead Society’s plaques committee will usually wait 20 years after someone’s death before honouring them but have decided Mr Wade is a special exception.

He lived in Willoughby Road.
