Panathlon kids into grand finals

TEAM Camden is preparing to take on sides representing Islington, Southwark and Wandsworth after winning through to the grand finals of the Central London Panathlon Championships.
A squad of 48 athletes from Swiss Cottage Specialist SEN School and Jack Taylor School won more than 50 medals at the Panathlon Challenge.
They competed in a range of events, including boccia, curling, athletics and football, as they finished top with a record-breaking 64 points from 70.
Team manager Anthony Doherty said: “It was a fantastic event, the achievement of the young people from Camden was inspirational.”
Head coach at Swiss Cottage Specialist SEN School Carly Lovejoy added: “These young people are bringing the Olympic values to life with their courage and determination.”
