A BRIDGE restored with dozens of mural created by primary school children has been officially unveiled.

As reported last month, the new Mill Lane artwork has been dedicated to Gemma Watson, who created a panel on the bridge in a similar community scheme more than 20 years ago. She died from appendicitis and her picture was restored by her family and with the help of organisers last month.

Her mother Tina was at the event last Wednesday to help cut the ribbon as the works on the bridge was completed.
