Out of the loop

• IN continued marginalisation and isolation of the elderly and other groups, I heard on the radio this week of the closures to Lloyds Bank and that our postal deliveries may reduce to three times a week.

No doubt this is the effect of assuming everyone is online but there are a substantial amount of us who are not online and rely on branches to physically visit or our post every day for items such as hospital appointments or bills or letters and postcards from loved ones.

My local bank branches have closed and I would have to travel to Islington but am not able. Thus am forced to ring my bank. If only they answered as quickly as the Camden New Journal.
