No water was supplied to any residents here between 8am and 6pm but without explanation or apology

• OUR water was switched off at 8am last Wednesday (February 8) and remained off at 6pm.
The residents were not given proper notice.
No water was supplied to any of the residents.
I spent all day emailing the Camden Council team who could not even inform me which contractor was doing the works.
Two letters were put up on entrance doors only the evening before and when I approached Rydons, who had written the late notice, they knew nothing concerning the works.
This is not good enough.
No explanation, no apology, we pay our rents to the council and it always passes the buck to another department.
