New dangers in Haverstock Hill

• I WRITE with reference to the newly created bus stops in Haverstock Hill and especially that near 137 Haverstock Hill.

The cycle lane between the kerb and the platform on to which passengers alight poses a substantial risk for them because they may not see approaching cyclists who, in the absence of any road markings, are likely to assume that they have priority.

The design of this bus stop makes it easy for an alighting passenger to walk straight into the path of a cyclist.

I do not wish to see my council tax spent on meeting claims for damages from bus passengers which are likely to ensue.
