NatWest bank closures are just not on!

Thursday, 27th April 2017

• THREE cheers for Tulip Siddiq MP raising concerns about the NatWest bank planning to close Hampstead and Haverstock (Belsize Park) branches, leaving only Swiss Cottage open (I was extremely concerned to hear of NatWest’s plans for branch closures, April 6).

Swiss Cottage will be overloaded with people waiting to take money out – hole-in-the-wall or cash machines inside. Camden Town branch is too far away! Where are the “outlets”?

You can’t get cash online or via phone banking. So what about people with less mobility? It’s just ridiculous.

Haverstock Hill branch should remain as central. Have they forgotten that we taxpayers bailed out NatWest and stopped it from folding? They have a duty to serve their customers.
