My complaint about complaints remains unanswered

• FURTHER to my letter on Camden Council’s complaints office (April 28) I did, indeed, email the chief executive later that day.

She ignored it. As you may have seen, there is no notice on the council’s website mentioning an investigation into this rotten and self-serving office.

It looks as if the chief executive may be part of the problem and therefore is never going to be part of the solution.

If any progress is to be made, in the absence of an ombudsman who will achieve change, the residents of Camden may need to campaign to get rid of both of them.
