Players from the Chalk Farm Pool League left their cues behind at the weekend to tackle the demanding hike up Snowdon.
Gloucester Arms potters Harry Harvey, Michael Moriarty and David Murphy tackled the highest mountain in Wales, boasting an altitude of 1,085 metres (approximately 3,560ft), to help raise cash for charity.
It took the determined trio just over two hours to complete the challenge, raising £225 for Cancer Research UK.
Harry said: “After losing so many family members to cancer in a short space of time, I wanted to help cancer research and challenge myself, along with a few friends, by doing something we would never think of doing. Walking up a mountain sounded like a good place to start!”
