A MOTORBIKE rider was rushed to hospital this morning after a rush-hour collision with a lorry in Kentish Town.

Highgate Road was blocked by fire engines while paramedics attended to the injured driver and police investigated the cause of the accident. Police said the motorbike rider suffered “non-life threatening” and “non-life changing” injuries.

The driver of the scaffolding lorry stopped at the scene and was not arrested, police said. It is believed the motorbike rider had crashed into the rear of the vehicle.
