Management of bus routes and bus stops is chaotic

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan
• TRANSPORT for London’s management of bus routes and stops is utterly chaotic without any rigorous enforcement or useful electronic information given at bus stops and inside the buses.
I saw an electronic information board overhead at a bus stop on Kentish Town Road which told us that the stop was closed. Yet the roadway was clear up and down the road in both direction for quite some distance.
Travelling in the opposite direction, the 214 inside-bus audible and electronic lettering information proclaimed that the next stop is Greenland Centre, even as we were approaching Kentish Town Underground station (yes, it is closed now for an extended period of time)… for an array of feeble reasons.
I know readers are aware of the ongoing “roadworks” disruption along this road, but not at this stretch. I put the “roadworks” in quotation marks because these involve rows of cones and redundant temporary metal-like traffic signs with work either not yet started or completed ages ago.
The 274 and 88 were again diverted from Camden Town to Euston Road, Great Portland Street Underground station and back again along the entire Albany Street to Primrose Hill / London Zoo and so on. The reason for the enormous long diversion was unclear and no signage or information was given, bar a few words from the driver in apology.
Where is quality leadership in TfL? Our mayor Sadiq Khan is keen to hold on to its chairmanship. Is there really nobody else who could do better? I am thinking of Ken Livingstone, or such like, secretly.
