A PEDESTRIAN has been hit by a bus on Tottenham Court Road.

Police were called to the road close to the junction of Torrington Place at 10.15am today (Tuesday) to reports of a collision between a bus and a pedestrian.

The Met said a man in his 30s was found suffering head injuries which at this stage are believed to be “life-changing”. He has been taken to hospital.

An air ambulance landed in Gordon Square.

A number of road closures are in place and no arrests have been made.
