A MAN in his 20s has died after suffering stab wounds today (Thursday).

An air ambulance landed in a nearby HS2 work site in Hampstead Road and crews were called to a residential address in Harrington Square at around midday. The man died at the scene.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11:19am today (Thursday) to reports of an incident at a residential address on Harrington Square, Camden. We sent an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and a medic in a car to the scene. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance trauma team. Sadly, a person died at the scene.”

The Met Police said in a statement: “Police were called to reports of a man suffering stab injuries Officers and London Ambulance Service attended however the man, in his twenties, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin are aware.

It added: “A post-mortem examination will be held in due course. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.”
