SPRINT at Camden People’s Theatre showcases bold new artists, many making their first professional work. El Gran Varón is a politically charged solo performance by Mexican actor Eduardo Arcelus, based on anonymous testimonies from Latin American migrants living with HIV in Europe. Using documentary material, black humour and pop culture, it exposes the violence, exclusion, and surveillance they face. 7.15pm, March 4; Niplash blows open the world of infant feeding, from the cultural expectations and taboos to the lack of support. Karla Shacklock opens a space where art is both a balm and battle cry. 9pm, March 5-6. SPRINT runs March 3-27. cptheatre.co.uk/

Tower Theatre’s latest production is Kevin Elyot’s My Night with Reg, following a group of gay friends bound by shared history. Set in 1980s London, it explores life and love in the shadow of the Aids crisis. As desire, shifting loyalties and long-buried truths surface, the friends confront the fractures exposed by tragedy. 7.30pm to Feb 28 and March 3-7. towertheatre.org.uk/

• Primal Bog, a clown/live art mash-up, explores sexuality, shame and self-acceptance through kink, physical comedy and a live tattoo inked on Rosa Garland each night. 9.15pm, Upstairs at Soho Theatre, to March 7; Inspired by hospices, mystics and trips to the cemetery, Age is a Feeling, written and performed by Haley McGee, offers a rallying cry against cynicism and regret, charting the rites of passage and seminal moments in an adult life. 8pm at Soho Walthamstow, March 5-6; 3pm, March 7. sohotheatre.com/

Grit, Glitter and Gaslight… The Sarah McGuinness Story – A Cabaret Musical returns to north London at Circle & Star, Hampstead. Documentary-maker and musician Sarah McGuinness transforms her behind-the-scenes life with the stars into a one-woman musical cabaret, blending performance, storytelling and song. Through the music of David Bowie, Kate Bush, Kurt Weill, Sondheim and Kander & Ebb and her own work, she examines her Irish roots, family dysfunction, and rise to international success. 7.30pm, March 3-12. circleandstar.com/

• At Sadler’s Wells East, the Alexander Whitley Dance Company fuses dance, live motion capture and AI in a double bill exploring the struggle between human autonomy and the forces shaping our fate. Mirror examines our relationship with intelligent machines, while a radical reimagining of Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring reflects on ritual and surrender. 7.30pm, March 18-21. sadlerswells.com/
