• THE Liberal Democrats should stand down their candidates in Hampstead & Kilburn and Holborn & St Pancras.

It seems extraordinary to me that they haven’t done this already – it’s such a waste of effort that would be much better focused supporting the campaigns in seats where the Lib Dems could win against Tory candidates.

Please, please, please, can the local Lib Dem leadership for once make a courageous decision to fight against the many dangers that would come with a Tory majority rather than campaigning against Labour?

Stop wasting your time here – and please focus your efforts where they are very much needed elsewhere!
