HS2 parking

Resident permit holders only!

• I AM a leaseholder and live in Coniston Flats, Harrington Street where HS2 works are being carried out.

I feel very let down by Camden Council who say their hands are tied and cannot help the leaseholders on the Regent’s Park Estate and buy back our properties in order for us to live a normal life.

I, and many other leaseholders on our estate, bought our flats in good faith and pay Camden Council a substantial amount of money each year, in advance, for service charges.

Regent’s Park Estate is very dirty and I cannot tell you when I last saw a caretaker clean the stairs in our block. I often clean the stairs myself as they are so dirty from the dust the HS2 rail works have created.

Apart from Camden not providing us with the service we pay for, they have left leaseholders to live in this terrible and unhealthy situation.

As a gesture of goodwill Camden Council should waive the service charge fee until HS2 have completed their works on the Regent’s Park Estate.
