Recently neighbouring property owners have become appalling neighbours. They ride roughshod over any consideration for us.

They have weekend soirées making it impossible to have our windows open and we certainly can’t have soirées in our garden because we can’t hear ourselves think.

Saturday was a repeat of a previous drumming bass whooping shindig. Our bedroom floors reverberated.

I heard one complaint about rough sleepers placed in the local hotel. How dare you? They are not intimidating. They don’t dismiss you as “of no account”.
