Marcus Boyland
LABOUR has chosen Marcus Boyland to stand in the Gospel Oak by-election, triggered by a councillor who stepped down with a warning that she had been priced out of the area. Mr Boyland will fight for the council seat left vacant by his party colleague Maeve McCormack in a poll scheduled for Thursday, May 4. He will be up against Conservative Marx De Morais and Lib Dem Stephen Crosher. The Greens are yet to name a candidate.
