Kentish Town incident: Cyclist in ‘critical condition' after crash with lorry

A CYCLIST is fighting for his life in hospital after crashing with a lorry in Kentish Town.
The man, believed to be around 30 years old, has been taken to hospital.
Police were called around 6.30pm today (Thursday) to the accident on Kentish Town Road.
An air ambulance, paramedics and several police cars attended the scene.

Road closures are in now place and drivers are being advised to avoid the area.
Gwyn Morris, an eye-witness who passed by the incident on his way back from shopping, said: “I left the station and there was nothing. Went to Coop for about 10 minutes and then police were all there.
“Could see a bike all mangled and a casualty, I think a male, but didn’t want to intrude.
“The air ambulance was brilliant though. It must’ve been a really quick response.”
