DOUBLE winning footballers from Hampstead were in seventh heaven after winning the Camden and Regent’s Park Youth League and winning the Regent’s Park Cup.

Hampstead Under-14s A won the league for the second year on the bounce after beating the club’s B team 7-3 in a thrill-a-minute final match.

And their double was complete when they went on to beat Admiral Utd 4-3 to win the Regent’s Park Cup, William Kilbourne scoring the winner with virtually the last kick of the game.

Manager Andy Histed said: “I think this a wonderful achievement from all the boys to win the league two years running and to do the double and win the cup is a great end to a great season.”
