Beckford School in West Hampstead [Steve_I]

• BY all means let Beckford School be renamed – but is the estimable Beryl Gilroy the only candidate for the new name? (I’m in favour of renaming the school Beryl Gilroy, July 2).

What about my old headmaster, Phillip Oakley? He was a good man who died too young.
